Warranty Policy

EVERY LA CHULE PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED THROUGH
MANUFACTURING PROCESSES AND QUALITY CHECKS. IT HAS ALSO BEEN CERTIFIED
ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL AND HALAL STANDARDS TO VERIFY THE QUALITY
AND SAFETY OF THE PRODUCTS.

To ensure the quality of our products, we have established “Satisfaction Guarantee”

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Our products are all of the finest quality. Our products are rigorously tested and have a strict warranty to ensure their quality because of this. Maximum performance and quality are priorities for us. The customer's confidence will grow thanks to the satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, it serves as a guarantee for the purchase of La Chule members.

If you are not satisfied, the company offers a satisfaction guarantee as follows:

  • Change new products for free.
  • Offer credits to purchase other La Chule products.
  • Offer a full refund of the product purchased.
The satisfaction guarantee does not include products that are intentionally damaged or misused.

"SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" CONDITIONS

  1. Fill out the "Return Form" with the products returned to the company.
  2. There must be a receipt (original) that the product purchased from the company matches the product to be returned.
  3. There must be a receipt from our dealer.
  4. There must show a photo of the face before and after using the product for no more than 30 days.
  5. The company will only accept returns from dealers or members and customers. The company will consider a full refund within 30 days (from the date of purchase).

BUY-BACK POLICIES

The buy-back policies will cover the circumstances as follows:

  • Our dealers who want to terminate doing business with us.
  • Our dealers have products that need to be returned to the company.

Buy-back conditions

  • Our members who decide to stop doing business with us will receive a refund of their subscription if they terminate within 90 days of the registration date.
  • Normally, La Chule members will receive a refund of the product price on the membership price and will be charged up to 5% of the total PV balance.
  • La Chule's buy-back policy applies to all products including printed materials and promotional materials produced by the company. This rule shall not apply to anything not related to Lachule Cosmetics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Product return under buy-back policies

  • La Chule members wishing to return products to the company must complete "Return form" by requesting the form at the company's return department.
  • The Company will accept the product with PV and return or exchange printed materials and promotional materials within 15 days (from the date of purchase).
  • The sample product is also considered an investment as the product is used to promote a business. It considers the product that has already been used like any other product. You can obtain the form at the company's return department.
  • Products that have been misused by members cannot be returned because it is not subject to conditions "Satisfaction Guarantee" or "Buy-Back Policies" Please read the product instructions and manual carefully.
  • "Buy-Back Policies" only cover products currently on sale. The Company does not accept returns for any product that is no longer available for a period longer than 6 months after the announcement of the discontinuation of the product. The Company has notified the dealers and La Chule members through the Company's media in advance.

BUY-SELL DOCUMENTS FOR DIRECT SELLING BUSINESSES AND RULES FOR CHANGING OR RETURNING PRODUCTS

"Pursuant to Section 30 of the Direct Selling and Direct Marketing Act, B.E. 2545, an independent distributor or a direct sales representative is obliged to deliver the purchase-sales documents. (receipt) to the consumer along with the sale of that product. It must specify the name of the buyer and the seller, the date of purchase, and the date of delivery. 

In the event of the purchase of any products where the independent distributor or direct sales representative does not provide the purchase document, it shall not be binding on the consumer. When the purchase documents are submitted and the products are delivered to the consumer, it begins 7 days from the date of receipt of the products. If the independent distributor or direct sales representative fails to deliver the purchase documents containing the said message, it will be liable to a fine of not more than 30,000 baht."

  La Chule members must provide the consumer with a written receipt and may attach a purchase order to recommend and offer for sale. The receipt must include the full name of the company and the seller's name. It includes a detailed address and telephone number of the company or dealer, as well as clear and easy-to-understand terms of sale.  

Don’t forget! Please always issue a receipt. "No receipt...no proof...no refund. "
